Teenage sensation Miley Cyrus rocked the Oscars red carpet in an aquatic-inspired Zuhair Murad gown.

Miley Cyrus’s Oscars red carpet dress featured fish scale-inspired layers that went from the waist all the way down to the gown’s small train. The aquatic touch was complemented with a belt that featured two sea shells and a big pearl in the middle.

Miley Cyrus finished the look with Neil Lane jewels, BCBG shoes, and a Mary Norton bag.
