The #OneDayOffline Ad Encourages Travelers to Live in the Moment

Cathay Pacific Airways launched the #onedayoffline global campaign that supports the brand's overall message of 'Life Well Traveled.' This flight company hopes that travelers will enjoy each and every trip they take by reducing the amount of time they spend online.

The campaign asks each airline passenger the question "what would you do with #onedayoffline?" Guests are encouraged to write down their answers and then stick to their goals during each trip. Some meaningful answers that have been collected form passengers include "I'm going to wake up to the sound of the sea" and "I'm going to talk to the friends I am actually with."

The ultimate goal for this campaign is to show each traveler the enjoyment they might be missing if they spend all their time online. Instead of posting pictures, this campaign focuses on capturing them.
