The London-based design studio Gort Scott has completely reinvented the Walkthamstow Central Parade office block -- once a delapidated eye-sore, this space has now been transformed to offer a place where creative professionals can envision and execute their projects, and makers can connect with others in order to manifest their ideas.

This fashionable workspace is equipped with a number of studio units that are compact in size, allowing for a lot of them to be situated in the building. These spaces are ideal for individuals who want a place to carry out focused work. However, the office block also features co-working rooms that are more suited towards a collaborative atmosphere.

Despite the considerable overhaul, the office block continues to maintain its old aesthetic in terms of its outward appearance, something which goes to show the power of smart architecture and design to transform working spaces while respecting neighborhood design traditions.
