Bob Evans is serving up something fresh this winter with the debut of its new Farm Fresh Protein Bowls.
Prepared fresh in Bob Evans' Farmhouse Kitchen, the new Farm Fresh Protein Bowls offer a delicious blend of fresh veggies and hearty proteins. For instance, the new Three Meat bowl combines roasted sweet potatoes, sautéed spinach, cheddar cheese, roasted corn, black beans, and caramelized onions with hardwood smoked bacon, sausage, hickory-smoked ham, two eggs, hollandaise sauce, tomatoes, and green onions to deliver 65 grams of protein per serving. On the other hand, the new Garden Veggie bowl pairs roasted sweet potatoes with sautéed spinach, diced peppers, roasted corn, black beans, caramelized onions, two eggs, salsa, and a lime-cilantro cream sauce to deliver 33 grams of protein per serving.
