Made with fresh ingredients and packed with protein, the new Hot Honey Chicken + Hummus Protein Bowl is a delicious option for lunch or dinner. The bowl features a base of brown rice and spring mix tossed in red wine vinaigrette, all topped with cucumber, tomato, banana pepper, red pepper hummus, and chicken. The whole thing is then topped with a sweet and spicy hot honey sauce, as well as a Greek yogurt sauce, and some house-baked chips. As Jason Morgan, CEO of Original ChopShop, explains, "Menu innovation continues to be a focus for us, and we’re excited to introduce our better-for-you Hot Honey Chicken + Hummus Bowl, which creatively features flavors and ingredients that are completely different than any of the bowls found on our menu today."
