Estudio Ala is the design team behind this nail salon located in Mexico that brings an element of color to the space through a rainbow broomstick installation suspended from the ceiling. Besides the ceiling, the space is left entirely white giving the salon a contrasting of bright shades and monochromatic hues to create an inviting space that references the services provided.
Nail salons are often bustling spaces for creatively and artistry and Estudio Ala takes this into account with its avant-garde design for the Nail It salon. The space is decorated with white seats, nail stations, walls and lighting fixtures. The top of the ceiling is decorated with broomstick handles that range from pink to purple to blue shades in an ombre effect. The installation is designed using recycled brooms.
