Major League Soccer or MLS has been growing at a phenomenal rate, and the new MLS logo has evolved with it. North America's top soccer league revealed this unique logo concept, which is a significant departure from MLS' previous logo, which simply depicts a soccer boot making contact with the ball in a rounded-edge square graphic.

The new MLS logo takes the form of a crest with a diagonal line running through it. The top half of the crest features the words MLS along with three stars. The colors on both halves of the crest can be changed without compromising the integrity of the logo.

This is exactly what makes the logo so ingenious -- it can be customized with the colors of each MLS teams' unique colors. Teams can tailor the MLS logo to their own color schemes, allowing them to celebrate their individuality while also marking their affiliation to the league they compete in.
