Those who consider themselves to be cat people will love Mike Holmes Mikenesses series. Holmes is an illustrator who has worked on Adventure Time and Bravest Warriors, but Mikenesses focuses on the work of other illustrators and his cat, Ella. Holmes has drawn himself and Ella in over 100 different styles inspired by everything from cartoon strips to cartoons.

The Mikenesses series started in 2011 and has touched on everything from "Archer" to Bill Watterson's Calvin and Hobbes. The best part about the series is trying to figure out what inspired each illustrations, and comic strip junkies to cartoon crazies should have a field day with this series of illustrations. Cat lovers will also like how Mike Holmes manages to draw Ella in fresh and fun ways, except for the strip where she dies and he is given bacon to help him mourn.
