TechCrunch founder Michael Arrington announced on Wednesday that he was taking a break from his blog after receiving a deluge of hostility. Arrington disclosed that he has received a number of death threats, but the hostility reached its crescendo at the Digital, Life, Design conference in Munich, where Arrington was spat upon by a conference attendee.
Arrington published a post to alert his readers of his decision to halt his writing, and does not expect to return back to the blog until at least March.
