This month, in the Republic of Artsakh, 700 young couples celebrated a bizarre mass wedding which saw them joined in holy matrimony at the exact same time.

The huge combined ceremony was sponsored by the government in the hope of stimulating growth for their small country.

With 700 honeymoons underway this October, I’m sure the nation can expect a marked population increase to begin around the middle of next year.
