Going on vacation? Now you can take your techie toys to the hotel with you. Marriott Hotels have made it possible to turn your hotel room into your private media sanctuary with its new LCD screens.

Listen to your MP3s boom over the 25-watt speakers, view photos or watch your digital camera videos, plug in your laptop and work from the big screen, or use the split-screen mode to watch high-definition on one side as you tinker around on your laptop on the other.

Ads for the new features can be viewed at the Marriott website. “Your room is now fully compatible with the way you work and play,” the site boasts. “Just check in, then plug-in and watch as the room adapts to your needs. Now available in select Marriott Hotels & Resorts worldwide, soon to be available in all properties.”
