Magic Moving Images is an intriguing little book that seems to be taking off Amazon’s Japan chart.  It might not keep your attention for hours, but it would make a unique gift and is probably worth the $10.  Colin Ord, the author, described the illusions, “Watch a horse gallop, a cat pounce, cogs turning, 3d objects rotating, and many other familiar objects moving and animating throughout the pages of the book.”
