I am of the mindset that if you buy an ultra slim and beautiful gadget, you should enjoy its beauty and do not uglify it with a case. However, if you own a Macbook Air and MUST protect it, the MacBook Air Shield by Agent 18 is a good compromise that maintains as much of the air’s beauty as possible.

The $50 case comes in white, black, or pink and is made durable polycarbonate that fits around the edges of the lid and covers most of the bottom of the notebook.
