In the end, Rosealine completes her journey and reunites with her lovely girlfriend.

The inclusive fairy tale is not only highlights issues of LGBT love and identity, but it also gives children a positive story to relate to. As Rosaline's creator Daniel Errico explains, "I grew up with stories I could relate to that affected my sense of self in a positive way, and every child deserves the same chance."
