The Legacy Machine Perpetual watch is an incredibly high-tech and glamorous timepiece that is designed to get around some of the specific problems associated with conventional perpetual watches. Usually, perpetual watches are based on a 31-day month. This means that in order to get around the problem of shorter months, the watch's complication has to fast-forward through unwanted days, making them prone to skipping.

This watch overcomes that problem using a new movement fitted with a special mechanical processor that calculates dates. The movement consists of superimposed disks with a planetary cam. This design allows for more flexibility without compromising on compactness.

While high-end watches are objects of luxury, they do need to be able to tell the time accurately and the Legacy Machine Perpetual's innovative workings allow it to do just that.
