Superstar Kylie Minogue is getting paid $4.4 Million to perform at the opening of the Atlantis Hotel on the man-made island of Palm Jumeirah. Not content with setting all kinds of records for tallest buildings, Dubai will be hosting the ‘most expensive private party ever staged’. The price tag for this party? A cool $35 million… Marking her first ever performance in the Middle East, Kylie Minogue will be entertaining 2000 guests at the opening of the 1,539-room luxury Atlantis Hotel, which opens its doors to the public on September 24. With the firework display alone costing over $6.5 Million, the guest list to this exclusive party includes actors, musicians, politicians, and members of the Dubai royal family.
