Nintendo announced its latest Kirby spinoff title 'Kirby's Dream Buffet' for the Nintendo Switch console. The game is a four-player party game where each player will compete with one another through a series of fun and challenging minigames. Each match will include four rounds, after which one Kirby player will be deemed the winner based on the amount of food consumed by each player during each round.
The Kirby's Dream Buffet gameplay style is similar to existing party games such as 'Fall Guys' and 'Mario Party,' though it is targeted toward much shorter play sessions of five to fifteen minutes, whereas many other party games can take upwards of one hour per round. Nintendo did not confirm the cost of the game, but it did state that the game will require a Nintendo Switch Online subscription in order to access online multiplayer.
