The Geltao stand located at the Disney Epcot centre in Italy offers a fusion of cuisines in its Cannoli Cupcake dessert, that combines both the classic Italian pastry with the texture of cake. The dessert goes beyond simply infusing cannoli flavors into a cupcake dough, with a presentation of a deconstructed dessert that references both.

The Cannoli Cupcake features a layered aesthetic that allows eaters to take in the distinct elements of both desserts.
