Grace Hartzel is "Off the Wall," under the rug and behind the curtains in this eccentric editorial for Interview Magazine's November 2014 issue.
Fashion editor Elin Svahn threw caution to the wind when it came to styling Hartzel. He drew from her hippie-dippie vibe, creating colorful, heavily embroidered ensembles. When paired with her shaggy hair, dramatic eye makeup and scuffed boots, the outfits make quite the statement. Svahn was assisted by hair stylist Rudi Lewis and makeup artist Francelle in completing Hartzel's the devil-may-care look.
Photographer Gregory Harris photographed Hartzel looking limp and nonchalant in an unfinished house, surrounded by plastic-wrapped furniture and unpainted walls. It's almost as though she's recharging her batteries for the next adventure.
