21,143 Views - Click for Gallery It’s not a great example for young girls that Ali Lohan appears to have added boob implants at age 14 - if it is indeed true.  For the record, her older sister Lindsay Lohan denies that Ali had breast implants, but these comparison pictures suggest otherwise.  If she did get implants, it really sets a bad example since she’s in the limelight and barely a teenager. Lindsay commented, “All in all my mother taught us to appreciate what we have been given. Nor would she ever encourage, or allow a 14-year-old child to alter her body.” I hope that’s true.
