There’s nothing like kicking it old school. Here are some of London’s most innovative underground advertisement designs. Whenever I find myself in a design rut, I always try and look up some of the classics.

These vintage poster designs were all truly innovative for their time, and you can still see their influence in modern-day advertisements. I guess you just can’t argue with the propaganda style, the contrasting solid shapes of color and brash bold typography. I hope that some of these vintage ads influence and inspire you as much as they do me.
