Monuments as an Ad Medium - Cerne Abbas Giant Gets Homer and a Donut

The presence of a 70 metre drawing picturing Homer Simpson with a doughnut near by the giant of Cerne Abbas (UK) as part of a media campaign to promote The Simpson’s first movie, is bringing pagans and liberals to a clear confrontation. The ancient fertility giant has already been used to announce condoms, jeans and bicycles, but now the pagans believe it’s very “disrespectful and not at all aesthetically pleasing”. Should the fields be reserved for only cows?

Not only they have found a way through which everyone is talking about Simpson (already more than 800 entries in Google), but they are ecologic. The white paint is biodegradable and will wash off with the first rains.
