Designer Marco Torres explains that his aim was to create a chair that had a suspended seat area that was not rigid.

So where does the flexibility come from? The Hive’s hexagonal pattern is made from an elastomer that allows for flexibility when someone sits on it.

I really like this design. It updates a traditional look with something exciting and comfortable.
