“The green costumed officer said he was given very little time to rest Wednesday as motorists ran red lights and committed other traffic offenses,” WKMG-TV, Orlando, reported Thursday. “We averaged about one ticket a minute and we’ve been out here for about 50 minutes,” Orange County sheriff’s representative Ken Wynne (The Grinch) said early in the day. “184 people died in traffic accidents in the state in 2006. That’s 184 people that would have survived last year if everybody would’ve obeyed the law,” Wynne said.
