Samsung Unveiled Numerous Accessible Features for the Galaxy Watch

Samsung showcased a new update for its Galaxy Watch 4 that brings a large number of new accessibility features to the connected wearable. These features include several areas of device accessibility including audio, visual, navigational, and touch accessibility.
The audio updates allow users to rebalance the audio of the device in a way that compliments their personal hearing the most. This includes stereo audio channels, frequencies, and volumes, to accommodate many users. The accessible video features allow users to choose from a number of color balance settings that are designed to cater to different types of colorblindness. In addition to this, users can remove unnecessary animations such as blurred images, transparent icons, and more, in order to streamline the viewing experience.
Lastly, Samsung is adding new typing styles and handwriting features to its watches. This not only includes the addition of a full QWERTY keyboard, but also the ability to write letters on the screen to have them show up in the active text box. For users who prefer to use speech-to-text, the dictation feature on the watches has been drastically improved.
