IKEA's Campaign Uses the Chinese Zodiac to Make Suggestions

If you are interested in furniture recommendations based on what year you were born in, IKEA's new marketing campaign should pique your interest. The furniture company created a new strategy in partnership with BBH Asia Pacific that recommends items based on the Chinese zodiac. After the Chinese new year, which uses a different calendar, we will be in the year of the horse. To honor the year of the horse, the furniture recommendations take your birth year into account.

To find out what furniture is most compatible with your sign, you can head over to the IKEA Singapore Facebook page. A specialized app allows you to enter your birthday, and from there your furniture recommendations will be made.
