Glassbreakers is a female mentorship platform that connects like-minded women. Focusing specifically on peer mentorships, Eileen Carey, one of the co-creators, says, "People your age understand your context better and can help you move forward." Signing in through LinkedIn, the female mentorship platform are first introduced online and, if the match is satisfactory, are invited to meet up offline.

With an interface similar to Tinder, the female mentorship app extends people's professional networks in an easy and convenient way. Instead of relying on others to introduce them to their professional contacts, women will be able to take control of who they connect with. It especially creates a space for women to seek support and guidance in male-dominated industries.
