Emotit for President is an incredible new smartphone app, developed by software developer Krush, that makes it possible for you to use face-reading technology to monitor people's expression as they are viewing or listening to something.

For example, the app lets you monitor the reactions and facial expressions of people who are watching a political speech -- to the extent that you can pinpoint and isolate the exact instances where people were enthused or engaged by a one-liner or indeed the occasions when people were bored or frustrated.

The implications for the Emotit for President face-reading app are far and wide. It could be used by movie studios to assess the reactions of movie-goers to the trailers of new movies, or could be used by brands to study the reactions of consumers to their new products.
