Viktorija Raggana Captures the Magic Power of Vilnius, Lithuania

These emotive portraits captured by Lithuanian photographer Viktorija Raggana have an enchanting and mystical feel to them. Inspired by her hometown of Vilnius, the self-described 'photographer witch' incorporates animal aspects into her shots, from enormous antlers to what appears to be a baby octopus as well as a wolf and a bird about to take flight.

The storybook-like series consists of emotive portraits are marked by vulnerability that is only enhanced by the presence of animals. The enigmatic imagery is immensely captivating. The artist explained in a Bored Panda article "Each portrait is a little message to the world. A message to open our eyes and start creating images with all of our human senses."
