Eggs ‘n Things is restaurant chain that's popular across Japan that's now participating in the 'an Makanai' festival, which is a celebration of food that's made by staff for staff, typically in a short amount of time with whatever ingredients are on hand. For a limited time, the public has the chance to sample a few of the unusual in-house creations that are typically only enjoyed by staff.

One of the most intriguing items on the festival menu is the Loco Moco Pancake Burger, which is made of three fluffy pancakes, two meat patties, lettuce, tomato and a fried egg. This all-new pancake sandwich concoction from Eggs ‘n Things puts an entirely new spin on the idea of an all-day breakfast.
