DoorDash is implementing new safety measures for delivery personnel on its platform, allowing drivers to access a new 'SafeChat' feature designed to decrease safety issues. Suppose 'SafeChat' detects offensive language in the chat. In that case, the sender of the rude or inappropriate communication will receive a warning, and the delivery person will be allowed to decline the delivery without incurring fees.
