Disney develops robot to interact with the patrons who attend the many Disneyland theme parks around the world. The robot is a life sized figure and specifically interacts with guests by juggling and playing catch. Throwing a ball back and forth is a simple task for the robot. If he misses the ball, there is even simulated human body language it uses to express sympathy. From shoulder shrugging to looking behind and in front, the robot emulates the movements of a human being.

The Disney robot is only in development and resembles the robots in the Terminator movies. The progression the Disney team has completed it astounding and is breaking ground the in the robotic engineering field. Stats for Interactively Playful Robots Trending: Older & Chilly
