On the cover of the December 2009 issue of W Magazine, Demi Moore radiates in a metal mesh and leather dress by Balmain. The Demi Moore W Magazine cover offers just a peek at the editorial within, which showcases the actress sizzling in an elegantly draped, grecian-style dress and giving sex appeal to a pleated, sparkly black tutu.

Shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the Demi Moore W Magazine editorial also has the 47-year-old actress commenting on her relationship with Ashton Kutcher and being labeled a ‘cougar,’ as well as using Twitter for her public image.

I do agree that Demi Moore looks fantastic on the cover of the November "W", but it is shocking to me that the photo editor seemed to have left out a portion of her hip while airbrushing the photo. If you look closely, it appears that Demi's left hip is nonexistent? Photo editors today need to be careful about what they project to their audiences. Women and young children already have enough self-image battles to face in their lifetimes. Trying to live up to the physical standard of these apparently "perfect" celebrities creates a complex in the minds of all shapes and sizes of women.
