The conceptual 'Dearbell' is a hanging light projector unit that would provide inhabitants with a way to stay updated with need-to-know information and much more. The unit works by being mounted like a pendant light at entryways and will go to work providing pleasant illumination, passive or targeted, that is optimized to the needs of the inhabitant. The unit also features projection technology inside that will display messages on the floor thanks to artificial intelligence (AI), which will keep inhabitants up-to-speed with everything they need to know.
