Each one of de Grisogono's pieces scream luxury— in this case, Halloween luxury. The 'Crazy Skull' watch uses 890 diamonds and rubies, amounting up to 23 karats. There are 20 different stone sizes used and a 1.5 karat white diamond-set nose. With kinetic technology, the white and black diamonds set in the eyes give the illusion of movement. Limited to just 10 pieces, each watch will set you back anywhere between $633,000 to $822,000.

The popularity of the skull has only increased since the constant use by design house, Alexander McQueen and artist, Damien Hirst. Swiss watch maker, de Grisogono focuses on the skull in his latest luxury collection. This made-to-order piece takes 250 hours to complete. For some added Halloween flair, a tongue set with 66 rubies sticks out on the hour.
