Rolex unveils a new iteration of the Day-Date to kick off the new year whilst also honoring long-time partner Vienna Philharmonic. The watchmaker has been an exclusive partner of Vienna Philharmonic since 2009 and the new timepiece celebrates the collaboration. The two brands are entering their 15th year with 2024 and the new Day-Date is inspired by Vienna Philharmonic.
The watch measures 36mm and is a limited edition design with a focus on the artisanal process. Another notable detail is the underlining hand-scored visual that decorates the timepiece's face. The original ad notes "The exclusive version introduced here is fashioned in 18ct yellow gold and adorns a finely crafted dial representing a violin and its volute, a decoration made using the champlevé method of grand feu enameling.
