In this series, David Petersen takes classic movies and combines them with the irresistible charm of the Muppets. There have been many interpretations of the venerable Sesame Street characters, but few come close to the quality of his work.

Despite the obvious humorous and cutesy nature of the pieces, Petersen seems to have approached the work in a serious and professional manner. The illustrations are well-drawn, perfectly colored and manage to convey the mood of the movies they represent with a decidedly Sesame Street flair.

From Kermit the Frog to Miss Piggy, there is a Muppet for any taste. Whether it is Snow White or Robin Hood, Petersen keeps the classics coming.

This series could make even the most cantankerous curmudgeon crack a smile.
