This Cubicle system is people-pleasing as design studio Form Us With Love and Danish manufacturer +Halle took into consideration the fact that "people prefer to have their backs to the wall in open-plan workspaces." The resulting furniture presents an interesting and innovative approach to creating cozy and comfortable nooks within modern office spaces.
The Cubicle system draws inspiration from dinner booths and train carriages. Form Us With Love and +Halle used oak-veneered plywood for the construction of the furniture. The upholstery is optional and the pieces feature integrated power sockets beneath the seat. As such, the furniture system exudes a warm and wooden ambiance while using as few materials as possible.
By offering a freestanding furniture piece that can be set against a wall, the Cubicle provides users with a sense of semi-privacy within a larger space.
