This 'Creating the Spectacle' video series proves that, for some, the sky (or rather the bottom of the ocean) is the limit. The incredible video shows how Susan Austin was able to create a submersible wheelchair that is fully functional underwater and acts as an engine that propels her through the water.

As a part of Austin’s Freewheeling project, she has been keen on connecting disabilities and the arts, allowing anyone to head under the surface of the water to check out the world awaiting beneath is an extraordinary feat for anyone. To create the possibility for those with disabilities that might otherwise hinder them from experiences such as these is an incredible feat. Stats for Floating Chair Art Films Trending: Older & Mild
