Creating a home that leans more towards sustainability is difficult, but this Coolum Bays Beach House by Aboda Design Group features a few aspects that help make it a little greener. LED lighting throughout and a passive cooling system are just two of the features that help make this home work as well as it is stylish.
Located just off Coolum Beach in Queensland, Australia, the house is home to a family, so the owners wanted a space that would allow for growth over the years. As such, the house features several spaces that are ergonomically linked to each other, but still allow for sectioning off when someone needs some alone time. It's interesting how the designers balanced this aesthetic; while it's open and airy, this Coolum Bays Beach House still offers just the right amount of privacy.
