As part of a client's request to construct a new and bold residence that combines comfortable luxury with privacy.

Finnis Architects have constructed a two story home called the Esplanade House that is visually stunning and starkly modern with large window panels accenting a geometrical and angular black structure. The fountain feature found opposite the front facade provides an element of calmness and tranquility to the angular structure, inviting and relaxing guests and occupants of the house.

The inner spaces of the house provide for wide expansive spaces that invites the outdoors indoors with rooms in the house for various functions and social events for entertainment purposes. There are three bedrooms in total that are found on the top floor of the residence. Each bedroom is provided with an en suite bathroom with views of the surroundings.
