The 'Cold Brew Coffee' cider, which went on store shelves in February 2023, features a flavor profile that is somewhat sweet without being overpowering. The use of coffee beans from Ethiopia, Colombia and Nicaragua makes for a coffee profile that happens to work beautifully with Locust's ciders, made from quality Washington apples.
