Krispy Kreme Japan recently introduced a new line of donuts inspired by classic American desserts. While many Americans are familiar with traditional dishes such as apple pie and New York-style cheesecake, these treats are less common in Japan. The new Krispy Kreme line draws inspiration from these beloved American dishes and transforms them into a series of sickeningly sweet donuts.

The new line is called 'American Homemade' and it features three donuts inspired by classic American desserts. The new donut flavors include the Mother Apple Pie donut, the Red Cherry Pie donut and the New York Cheesecake donut. Each is a traditional yeast donut, dressed up with toppings inspired by the different dishes. Alongside the Americana-themed donuts, Krispy Kreme Japan also offers customers a choice of frozen lemonade or frozen strawberry milk.
