'McCain Foods USA,' one of the largest for-home food manufacturers and retailers, has announced that it will be opening a new factory dedicated to the production of cheesy appetizers. This factory will be 135,000 square feet and will run non-stop, 24 hours a day. The factory will be opened in Plover, Wisconsin, where it will bring an estimated 110 new jobs to workers in the area.
Currently, McCain products can be found at most major retailers, supermarkets, and even in restaurant kitchens. This new production factory will diversify the available appetizers and snack foods from McCain to include a much wider variety of cheese-based products. While McCain is most famous for its french fries and other potato treats, its newly added focus on cheese will surely make a noticeable impact on the appetizer and snack food markets.
