Perfect for Easter, the cheesecake eggs contain homemade cheesecake that is piped into real eggshells. Lemon curd or marmalade can be used to mimic the yellow yolk in the middle. No soft boiled egg would be as good without toast soldiers for dipping, which is where the shortbread cookies come in. You can make them from scratch or purchase finger-shaped ones.
