These are some family chairs with a real edgy twist! Linda Nordqvist was featured in the Design House Stockholm event in NY Design week and her chairs were the object of much affection.
The chairs were described as “a foursome of traditional Swedish stickback chairs. Separately they present themselves as individuals, unique chairs aspiring to be something more than just pieces of furniture.â€
Implications - My personal favorite of these inventive chair designs has got to be the one with the double crosses on its back. I'm curious as to how Linda Nordqvist achieved this MC Escher-esque effect.
