If you live in the Chicago area, you might have experienced first-hand the annoyance of "chair dibs," but Chair-Free-Chicago is now pushing back to stop this nuisance. While it has been a time-honored tradition of the windy-city to place chairs or other items in shoveled parking spaces, let’s face it - it can be quite the murderous feeling when no one but a chair is using a perfectly free space.
