‘Bunny with a Toolbelt’ is the name of Hilary Pfeifer’s project where she combines elephants that she creates with every letter of the alphabet. For each letter she thought of a different object and combines it with the word elephant to create a portmanteau. For the letter ‘S’ she combined sushi with elephant to form “sushiphant.”

The ‘Bunny with a Toolbelt’ is an innovative project that will certainly spark the imagination of the young and old alike. All of the elephants that Hilary Pfeifer are from reclaimed wood.

Implications - Youth consumers have been particularly hard hit by the recent economic downturn. This group is looking to escape their quotidian realities and exercise their imaginations in the process. Companies should take this mindset into account when creating products or marketing campaigns that are specifically geared towards this demographic.
