Just twist the injection-molded parts from their plastic frame, smooth the edges and ‘flash’ with a light sanding, and assemble the glasses using the step-by-step instructions.

The advantages of this flat-packed design for Guillaume Bordas are that thousands of sunglasses can be mass-produced quickly. There is no need to have workers assembling the pieces, and the finished product can be shipped by the hundreds in relatively small boxes. The shades look pretty stylish too, with tortoise-shell modern rectangular frames.
