Live Celebrity Surgery - Bridgette Neilsen's Plastic Surgery (GALLERY)

Bridgette Neilsen, formerly Mrs. Sly Stallone, decided to go for a few rounds with the plastic surgeon - on live TV. Gerhard Sattler was the doctor she chose for her major body overhaul. She had fat removed from her thighs, silicone removed which had previously been injected into her breasts, and she had her eye area botoxed.
Neilsen doesn’t hold back from boasting that she is the first female celebrity who allowed her makeover to be live on TV. 2 million Germans tuned in on Prime Time.
The show is entitled “From Old to New; Brigitte Nielsen in the Celebrity Clinic” and viewers will see Brigitte in upcoming episodes also get new teeth and watch every incision and injection as she is remoulded from her head to her toes.
Brigitte is no stranger to cosmetic surgery. At the end of this highly public bout, however, she hopes she will make the grade to be able to strip off for Playboy at year’s end, 20 years after she first graced the mag’s cover.
